Yes, they are absolutely reliable. Overall, this was an A+ shopping experience. I didn’t have to go to customs to pick up my doll. When I received the doll, everything I ordered was in the box. Everything was well packaged so there was no damage during shipping. When it arrived, the box was upside down, dented, and had deep scratches, but the contents were intact. This is now my favorite doll supplier and I will be looking for more quality service and products in the future 🙂
