Yes, you can trust that they are legit. At first my purchase was double charged but when I went to their website to acknowledge the issue they told me through the websites 3rd party contact for customer service they told me someone would email me& in a couple of days in the AM hours they replied to me & reversed my extra charge and kept the original. They then told me they would email when she was shipped which they also did. I gained way more trust in this company & don’t mind recommending products or spending money on another doll sometime soon. The doll I received also proves that this is an excellent seller! Great doll and perfect quality! Love it!
